Loved our first visit to Florentino's.
Food was amazing. A little bit packed in, and the staff were flat out busy. Still, good service.

What a wonderful Italian resturant!
We decided to booked a restaurant to celebrate our birthdays (1 week apart) and chose Florentino's. I phoned and made a reservation and on arrival was expected and shown to a table on the upper floor. The menu is very good and provides a variety of Italian dishes while keeping the choices to a good range. We decided to have a 2 course, a main and desert. Our meals were well presented, tasted delightful and the portions were good too. The same can be said for the deserts, which were equally enjoyable. Do try the tiramisu, which (like all menu items) is freshly made onsite, All staff are professional and delightful. It's quite understandable why this restaurant is so popular. We were both so impressed that we have booked another reservation and will be taking family with us. There is no parking onsite, but a very large carpark is available just a few hundred metres away.

The food is ok - but expensive for what it offers.
The ambiance of the building is actually nice
The biggest draw back is the service especially from one waiter (bald, bad Italian accent, poor taste in clothes and an attitude the size of Mount Etna). Constantly talked down to us (and other tables), seems to enjoy trying to belittle customers. This is a man who definitely need to find a job he likes. For him alone I would recommend people stay away from this restaurant as he spoils your experience - there are many better restaurants where the staff actually want to interact and provide good service!

Frankly if I wanted something so overdone I'd have bought Fast and Furious 95. Shocked at how long the fish was left to grill,
The lobster was chewy, the fish was rubber, the only decent thing was the prawns, and only just.
Got had a go at because when asked how it was I said okay. Never again, I know good Italians and bad ones, this place makes the bad ones look Micheline star

Husband booked a table whilst we were on our honeymoon. The guy who answered the phone was rude and uninviting. My husband asked if we could have a sea view table and the response was if it was available. Surely that is the point of booking a table! When going for a walk around Tenby o then decided to ask for the sea view table to be booked. The rude waiter said if it’s open upstairs to which I said well is it or not. Of which he couldn’t response. We wanted a lovely meal on our honeymoon to be special and we were met with unfriendly, unhelpful and rude attitudes.

One of the worst restaurants I have ever been to.
The thing that annoyed me most was the very rude behavior of the Italian male waiters to the poor young female waiters there! Very bossy, rude, masculine.
On top of that, the were rude to us as well!
You will wait for ages for anything you order.
And it is very over priced!
Defo not going again.

Amazing restaurant where the staff always go the extra mile.
We had our wedding day lunch here. We were a party of nearly 30 and the service was unmatched. The fact that everything is cooked fresh and came out in a beautifully well timed manner absolutely baffled my mind. Thank you for all being
wonderful and making our special day wonderful 💕. We were all sat outside where the view was beautiful and thought out. Jackson square is a beautiful place
